Shipping policy

Nautical Marine Sales uses the services of Australia Post and Commercial Couriers to deliver our product, within Mainland Australia (including Tasmania). All orders taken from external Territories including Christmas Island, Cocos-Keeling Islands, Norfolk Island etc will be contacted by our staff upon enquiry (the below options do not apply).

As a security precaution to reduce the risk of your parcel being lost or stolen, Nautical Marine Sales will never give authority to our carriers to leave a parcel without a receivers signature unless it will fit into a Standard Size mail box.

Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. It is the Customers responsibility to have someone available at the delivery address to sign for and accept the goods. Any costs for re-delivery attempts will be at the customers expense if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

FREIGHT OPTIONS:

FREE FREIGHT - All orders over $125 but less than 5kgs actual or cubic weight, will have the option to have their product delivered FREE OF CHARGE. This option will appear at checkout upon entering your delivery details and address.

STANDARD SHIPPING:

Up to 1kg Actual or Cubic Weight - $15.00
Up to 3kg Actual or Cubic Weight - $20.00
Up to 5kg Actual or Cubic Weight - $25.00
Up to 10kg Actual or Cubic Weight - $35.00
